Scott Golden is September’s employee spotlight! Scott has been with CTN for over a year working in our staffing practice.
- Before working at CTN, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? I worked in Aviation for a FBO (Fixed Based Operation) fueling airplanes and helicopters including Airforce One and Marine 1 for Bill Clinton. I met countless celebrities as they fly private and not commercial, so you name them and I may have met them from Sports Stars, Rock Stars, and Presidents.
- What are 3 words to describe CTN? BEST JOB EVER.
- Why did you choose to work in the industry you’re in (marketing, IT, etc)? I always was a natural speaker and learned to listen and come from a family full of salespeople. IT has always intrigued me, and I knew this industry was going to boom when I was in my 20’s and have progressed 20+ years later. Staffing is new to me in selling our services and no hardware or installation. I hope to stay in the industry for the foreseeable future.
- Who would play you in a movie about your life? Robert Downey Jr. as I think he has come a long way to become one of the best actors over the last 20 years. He has come a long way from “Weird Science”!
- What is your favorite pizza topping? Tossup between Sausage and Peperoni!
- iPhone or Android? Just purchased the new Samsung Droid S23+.. Say NO to iPhone!
- What is your favorite meal: Breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Favorite dish? I would say I enjoy breakfast as it gets my day going and is important to a successful day. The usual at- home is protein banana oatmeal with blueberries and milk (heat for 45 seconds). When at a restaurant, it would be two scrambled eggs, a sided of sausage and bacon with some white toast and grape jelly.
- If you could have any superpower, what would it be? I would say to fly like Superman or NEO from the Matrix (favorite movie).
- Tell two truths and a lie about yourself. Truths– I like playing sports, I am in my early 40’s. Lie: My Height is 6’5!
- What is your favorite restaurant in Philadelphia? I have never been to Philadelphia!
Thank you, Scott, for all that you do for CTN Staffing!
